Fully managed service
Whether you're a one-man-band or a company
with multiple users, we will manage your entire internet
connectivity needs. Leaving you free to concentrate your
resources on, capital and other parts of your business.
Our package includes web statistics,
which allow you to monitor usage and plan ahead on issues
such as usage rights, upgrades and budgets, as well as free
web space and local call rates. We also guarantee to provide
support 24 hours a day 365 days a year
. And we can help with a choice of optional extras such as
registration and transfer of domain names.
And we'll take care of installation, either by providing a
simple to use CD or supplying our own highly qualified engineers.
Broad portfolio

You can choose from a wide range of products including BDX,
SBX for stand alone users and Datastream, Databurst and ISDN
network connections with unlimited access.
Business Dial Exchange (BDX)
The single user option, BDX gives you
access to the internet through a modem and calls are charged
at a local rate. You use your own telephone line and have
your own dedicated email address. Installation takes just
seconds; simply insert the pre-configured CD into your PC
and this will automatically dial you in to the Axia network.
Small Business Dial Exchange (SBX)
With this option, access to
the internet is via an ISDN/2 line rather than a telephone
line. This offers far higher access speeds and allows users
to open their own separate business email address. Suitable
for single users and small businesses, SBX is also installed
from CD, which contains the complete Internet Explorer dial
up kit as well as
EICON Diva ISDN Card and all the installation instructions.
ISDN network connection

This provides internet access for an entire
network via ISDN. We install a pre-configured Cisco 1600
router at your site. We'll then test the system and ensure
that you're up and running and that the service meets your
needs.
Databurst dedicated internet access
A dedicated internet access for
networks which is ideal for occasional high volume users
as it includes the additional flexibility that customers
can burst through their contracted bandwidths for short
periods.
We install a Cisco 3600 router together with a 2MB tail
circuit between your site and the nearest Energis SNAR
Datastream dedicated internet access
Dedicated internet access
from your network direct into the internet backbone. As
with Databurst, we install a Cisco 1600 or 3600 router and
tail circuit. Customers select their required bandwidth.
